For registration to EKAP, the following information and documents must be submitted to the Institution in the annex of the protocol:
1. If it is a real person;

  • The original or notarised copy of the document obtained from the chamber of commerce and/or industry or the chamber of tradesmen and craftsmen or the relevant professional chamber in the year of protocol registration, showing that it is registered in the chamber,
  • Notarised signature declaration,
  • If the protocol is signed by a proxy, a notarised power of attorney issued on behalf of the proxy and a notarised signature declaration of the proxy,
  • Notarised power of attorney and notarised signature of the persons authorised to carry out transactions using e-signature on behalf of the real person individually

2. If it is a legal entity;

  • The original or notarised copy of the document showing that the legal entity is registered in the chamber, obtained from the chamber of commerce and / or industry in which it is registered in accordance with the relevant legislation in the year of the protocol registration,
  • Notarised signature circular of the legal entity,
  • If the protocol is signed by a proxy, a notarised power of attorney issued on behalf of the proxy and a notarised signature declaration of the proxy,
  • Notarised power of attorney and notarised signature of the persons authorised to carry out transactions using e-signature on behalf of the legal entity.

Changes in the information in the protocol other than the tax identification number are notified to the Institution by updating through EKAP. However, if there is a change in the documents attached to the protocol, the new documents shall be submitted to the Agency within fifteen days following the change. Legal entities wishing to register in EKAP and real persons applying through a representative must apply to the Agency with the representation documents containing the authorisation to carry out all kinds of transactions individually through EKAP. The information recorded in EKAP must be complete, accurate and up-to-date.
