Registration applications are made by the document holders or their authorized representatives who want to register their work experience certificates to EKAP, using the request form to be obtained through EKAP. Along with the work experience certificate requested to be registered, the underlying contract, acceptance minutes of the work and documents showing that the applicant is legally authorized to make the application must be attached to the request form. The work experience certificate submitted for registration must be issued in accordance with Article 39 of the Regulation on Implementation of Construction Tenders; in addition, the work experience certificate and its translation must be submitted in accordance with the procedure stipulated in Article 31 of the said Regulation.

The minutes of the contract and acceptance can be submitted by the following methods;
Originals and translations of documents
Notarised copies and translations
According to Article 31 of the Regulation

If the original or notarised copies of the contract and acceptance minutes are in a foreign language, the translations must be made by sworn translators must be submitted with the annotation indicating that the document has been faithfully translated from the original language in which the document was prepared. If these translations are made in Turkey, there is no other requirement other than the annotation. Translations made in foreign countries must be certified in accordance with Article 31 of the Regulation together with the annotation.

If the originals of the contract and/or acceptance minutes are submitted, the certification requirement is not sought. However, in cases where the conformity of these documents to the original is made by a foreign country notary, this document must be certified in accordance with Article 31 of the Regulation. In case the authentication of these documents is made in Turkey, no other conditions are required. Documents showing that the applicant is legally authorised to apply and their translations in foreign languages must be submitted in accordance with Article 31 of the Regulation.
