1. Site Visit and Scope Definition
We begin with a site visit.

2. Regulatory and Standards Assessment
Applicable national regulations, sector-specific requirements, and voluntary standards are reviewed.

5. Water Footprint Assessment (ISO 14046)
A water footprint inventory is prepared based on the defined scope.
Impact assessments consider water scarcity, availability, and regional context.
Where required, analyses are conducted at product, process, or facility level.
6. Performance Indicators and Analysis
Water efficiency performance indicators are defined.
Gaps between current performance and target levels are assessed, and improvement opportunities are identified.
7. Targets, Action Plans, and Improvement Measures
Short-, medium-, and long-term water efficiency targets are established.
Technical, operational, and managerial action plans are developed.
Measures requiring capital investment and those achievable through operational improvements are clearly differentiated.
